AuraSoul exists to help people find genuine connection. These guidelines keep our community safe, kind and honest. Everyone using AuraSoul agrees to follow them.
Use a real photo of yourself with your face clearly visible. No stock images, no photos of other people, no minors.
No harassment, hate speech, threats, slurs or bullying. Treat every person on AuraSoul with the respect you expect yourself.
Don't impersonate others, lie about your identity, age or intentions, or use AuraSoul to scam, defraud or solicit money.
Never share sensitive personal data (passwords, financial details, government IDs) with other users. Keep your account secure.
The following behaviours are never tolerated on AuraSoul. Accounts engaging in them will be warned, restricted or permanently banned without refund.
On any profile, tap the flag icon and choose a reason for the report (harassment, fake profile, scam, inappropriate content, etc.). Reports are confidential - the reported user is never told who flagged them. Our moderation team reviews every report, usually within 24 hours, and may take actions ranging from a warning to a permanent ban.
You can also block any user at any time from their profile. Blocked users cannot view your profile or contact you again.
For urgent issues, contact us directly at safety@aurasoul.io. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first.
AuraSoul will never ask you to send money, gift cards or cryptocurrency to another user, an "admin", or "support" outside the official app. All Premium payments happen exclusively through our secure in-app checkout. If anyone on AuraSoul asks you for money, personal financial details, or to move the conversation to a third-party "investment" platform - report them immediately.
