Refund & Cancellation

Clear, transparent rules for AuraSoul Premium subscriptions.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how AuraSoul, operated by QuickAppNinja SIA (Latvia), handles cancellations and refunds for Premium subscriptions. It complements our Terms of Use.

1. Digital service - immediate delivery

AuraSoul Premium is a digital subscription service. Premium features are activated on your account immediately upon successful payment. By starting your subscription you confirm that you want immediate access and you acknowledge that, in line with EU consumer law on digital services, your right of withdrawal ends as soon as Premium access has been granted.

2. How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time:

  • Open AuraSoul and go to your profile.
  • Open subscription settings and tap "Cancel subscription".
  • Confirm the cancellation.

After cancellation your Premium access stays active until the end of the current paid billing period (1, 6 or 12 months depending on your plan). Auto-renewal will be disabled and you will not be charged again. If you have trouble cancelling, contact us at support@aurasoul.io.

3. Refund policy

Because Premium is a digital service that is delivered instantly and in full, Premium subscriptions are generally non-refundable, including unused parts of a billing period after cancellation.

We will, however, review and may issue a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental charge - we billed you twice for the same period or you were charged in error.
  • Unauthorised payment - your card was used without your permission. Please report this to us immediately and to your bank.
  • Technical issue - a proven technical problem on our side prevented you from using Premium for a significant part of the billing period.
  • Local consumer law - where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country grant you a refund right that overrides this policy.

4. How to request a refund

Please email us at support@aurasoul.io within 14 days of the charge and include:

  • The email address linked to your AuraSoul account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A short description of the problem
  • Any relevant screenshots or transaction IDs

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method and usually appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Aura Coins and gifts

Aura Coins purchased or granted as part of Premium are virtual in-app items and are non-refundable once credited to your account. Coins you have already received remain in your balance even after cancelling Premium and can continue to be used in the app.

6. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact support@aurasoul.io before disputing a charge with your bank - in most cases we can resolve the issue faster directly. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
